This has turned out into a stunning safe, well built with a beautiful brass coat of arms on the front. An early 1900 safe which It has come out wonderful in this design. We have designed this in a more contemporary style colour scheme, the exterior is painted in a dark grey with lighter grey ghosted silhouette panels. The panels are all a different design and show a sketch of an Audemars Piguet watch movement across all sides. The pin stripes and graphics are in a metallic brass to compliment the grey. We've finished the interior with a denim blue faux suede and added 8mm polished glass shelves which we think has brought this safe together into a wonderful looking piece. The lock is fully working, and has been serviced, it comes with its original key which says "Powder Proof Invisible". All brass has been cleaned and polished to our usual high standards, however there are some deep scuff/groves on the underside of the handle which wont remove with our polishing. Dependant on safe type, we now add a 12mm hole in the bottom to feed a power cable into the safe for additional items such as a watch winder. We believe each safe has its own character, and thats what makes them special. If you purchase one of our safes, its not a NEW safe, they were built without modern tools, you will see imperfections, ie. the hinges are metal on metal (no bearings) so they may squeak and some may scratch some paintwork at the bottom hinge.
