How They're Shipped Our pretzels come to us fresh from Center City Pretzel Co., and we freeze them upon arrival to preserve peak quality. Each order is packed in insulated bags with ice packs to keep them below 40°F during transit. They are packed frozen and typically thaw en route, arriving ready to heat and enjoy. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. They can be refrozen, if necessary but note that doing so may diminish quality.
