This plant is native to the Condor mountains of Southern Ecuador. The remote and under explored Condor Mountains that breaches the frontier of Ecuador and Peru will surely be the s ource of many unique botanical treasures for years to come. This plant is quite remarkable. Its relatively coarsely veined foliage stayes small, generally around 1 cm and is tends to grow more compactly than other very similar plants in the trade (Mini Santiago and Mini Pteropus #3).
