Philodendron ‘Red Congo Pink Mint’ is a rare and striking variegated hybrid, admired for its broad, glossy leaves marbled with soft mint, creamy white, and deep green tones. New growth often emerges with subtle reddish hues inherited from its Red Congo lineage before maturing into beautifully patterned foliage. The bold leaves and luminous variegation create a dramatic yet elegant presence in any plant collection. This variety thrives in bright, indirect light, which helps maintain its minty variegation and encourages strong, upright growth. It prefers a chunky, well-draining aroid mix and consistent moisture, allowing the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry slightly between waterings. As a self-heading philodendron, ‘Red Congo Mint’ grows in a full, upright form without the need for climbing support. Light: Bright, indirect light (essential to preserve mint variegation) Water: Keep soil evenly moist; allow the top 1–2 inches to dry slightly between waterings Growth Habit: Upright, self-heading philodendron with mint-variegated foliage Pet Note: Toxic if ingested by pets or children With its soft mint marbling and bold tropical leaves, Philodendron ‘Red Congo Mint’ is a collector’s showpiece—perfect for adding color, structure, and rare tropical beauty to any indoor plant collection.
