Also known as the Wax Flower, Philotheca Winter Rouge is a small growing Australian native producing an abundance of deep pink buds that open to reveal a 'rouge' star shaped flower which slowly fades to snowy white. The bright green foliage is also fragrant, and will release a pleasant aroma when brushed against. Ideal for general landscaping and is stunning when planted in a decorative pot. Plant in an area of full to partial sun, with free draining soil. This plant is hardy, low maintenance and is moderately drought and frost tolerant. Prune after flowering.
