The aurora over Ketchikan folded into a shape that actually looked like a phoenix one night, wings and all, in bright pink and green with a burst of magenta right in the center. I' ve spent a lot of nights out in the cold waiting for shots like this and most nights you don't get anything close. This is one of those rare ones, with the evergreens and a snow capped mountain grounding it in the foreground. The metal print is Chromaluxe, rated for 100 years on display and 200 years archival, goes up to 40x60 and comes ready to hang.
