Phoenix Dancong Mi Lan Xiang ("Honey Orchid Fragrance") is a prized single-bush oolong that awakens the palate with layers of ripe peach, wild honey and jasmine blossom, balanced by a warm, nutty roast. Origin From the Phoenix Mountains (Feng Huang) of Guangdong, China — Dancong oolongs are famous for mimicking floral and fruit aromas naturally, with no additives. How to brew (gongfu style) 5g per 100ml at 90–95°C (194–203°F). Quick rinse, then steep 10–20 seconds for the first infusion, adding a few seconds each round. Brew quickly to keep it sweet — rewards 6+ steeps. Western brewing: 3g per 250ml, 90°C, 2 minutes (avoid over-steeping). Re-steep 2–3 times. Available in 50g, 100g and 250g.
