These grips have been specifically designed for use without chalk, but they can also be used with chalk without losing grip. The new shape of these grips features an ergonomic and improved finger area compared to the first version, offering a greater sense of length, better grip, and protection, ensuring more safety for the user. The outer fabric will protect the hand during gymnastic exercises, while the new inner layer will help reduce friction on your wrist and thumb during your workouts.
