AREA OF USE: HV132 is a liquid retarder to be added to Lacquer Paint &/Or Lacquer to increase working time, especially in hot conditions. increases the wettability of topcoats, par ticularly during summertime or in tropical areas. DOSAGE: In the hottest days during summertime or in tropical areas add only once from 1% to 2%. THINING/APPLICATION: n/a, add to the coating mixture in addition to any water being used to reduce the coating viscosity.
