The default MODE is displayed in “kilograms”. You may press the “MODE” button to select from kilogram, pound, or stone.Step 3: Start Measurement Place the scale on a flat, hard surface. For first time use or when it is not used for a long time, press the center of the scale to activate it and wait until reading returns to zero. Step onto the scale and stand still. After a few seconds, you will see a reading flashing indicating a weight measurement. Weight will be displayed for approximately 10 seconds and then the scale will automatically turn off.
