Picholine is originally a French olive variety that is called ‘Judoleine’ in Tunisia. This Picholine has a fruity aroma with hints of grass, olive leaf and mint. It pairs well with dishes with strong flavors such as stews, grilled meat or fish, and oven dishes. The Picholine has won golden medals in various prestigious international olive oil competitions (New York, London and Athens) and is the winner of a golden medal in BIOL, Italy.
