The cucumbers are cut lengthways and salted to draw out the moisture and enhance flavour. The next day, the salt is washed off. The cucumbers are cooked briefly in pickling stock a nd the potted. Best served with cured fish or in a burger of your choice. Made at Water Lane in small batches. 340g min net weight. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within one month.
