Use our Pickling spice mix to make your own western style pickles, chutneys or preserves at home. Our pickling spices have a good balance of sweet, bitters and spice making it an a ll purpose blend. Just add pickling spice to vinegar, and bring to boil. Let the mixture cool down and pour into tightly packed jars with your pickling ingredient. Feel free to personalise by adding a few pieces of chopped chillies or cinnamon to your pickling spice make it spicier, or more nutmeg and coriander seeds to make it sweeter.
