Pickup and Disposal Christmas Trees - After New Year Please note we only pickup from residential addresses in the Adelaide suburbs. Please contact us if it is more than 15km from the city centre. Pickup charges are for picking up the tree off at your address and does not include taking down or dismantling the tree. We reserve the right to cancel the order if delivery address is too far or too difficult. Our Pickups start on Saturday 2 Jan at 7am and usually take 3-4 days. We won't be able to give you a specific day as we won't plan the route until the night before. Please have your tree ready for pickup at 7am on the first day after the New Year Day Holiday. Place the tree on the kerb, or inside the gate, so that it is clearly visible and we don't have to disturb you. Please let us know if there are any gates, dogs or obstacles that make pickup difficult. When placing the order, please leave your mobile phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues or we have trouble finding the delivery address. Please let us know if it hasn't been collected by the end of the week. The tree should be left outside or near the front gate Thank you.
