A Spanish mixed-milk blue cheese wrapped in Maple leaf. Picos Blue is a pasteurised blue cheese form the Picos Mountains in Spain. Its is made from a blend of cows' and goats' milk . This highly recognisable sycamore leaf wrapped cheese, has a divine, creamy and buttery melting texture with a gorgeous nutty, mushroomy, and sometimes spicy flavour.
