A classic coastal Languedoc white made entirely from Picpoul Blanc, a grape whose name literally means “lip stinger” thanks to its naturally high, mouth-watering acidity. This come s from vineyards near the Étang de Thau lagoon, where warm Mediterranean sun builds ripe citrus fruit while sea breezes preserve freshness and salinity.
