A ruffled-edge pie dish that browns the bottom crust as well as the top. Inspired by vintage French bakeware, Emile Henry's pie dish is shaped from Burgundian clay that absorbs and holds heat evenly, so your pie bakes and browns all the way through, crust included. The graceful ruffled edge comes from a century-old ceramist's technique, updated to make each slice easier to cut and serve, and the dish holds heat well enough to keep dessert warm at the table. Burgundian clay heats evenly for uniform baking and browning Ruffled edge simplifies cutting and serving 10 in diameter; 1.5 qt capacity Goes from freezer to oven; microwave and dishwasher safe Made in Marcigny, France Show more
