BOOKING CONDITIONS: By booking an appointment you agree that you have read and agreed to all our booking terms and that you understand them fully. Any bookings paid for with 'Clearpay' will be instantly canceled & charged a 10% fee.*Photographic ID's will be required on the day.If under 17 years old, a parent / legal guardian MUST be present and have their own photo ID as well as the person getting pierced will also require their own valid photo ID.A non-refundable fee is required for booking an appointment. Jewellery is not included in this booking fee and will cost extra on the day, due to the nature of the jewellery we cannot give a fixed price until we know what piercing and jewellery you would like to have, you can always pop in prior and take a look at our range or give us a call for further advice. please do not book if you are not okay with this.Please only book for yourself. If someone else needs an appointment, they should book their own appointment, as not doing this may not give us the time needed to see them.Some piercings will require an anatomy check before you book. If you are unsure, please contact us or see the list herePlease make sure you are on time for your appointment as if you are late we may not be able to see you. However, we will always do our best to fit you in, but you may forfeit your deposit. IF you do arrive early to your appointment, please let us know so we can seat you in our waiting area or help you to pick out some jewellery ready for your appointment. In the rare event that we may have to refuse service due to illness or medication, as well as ongoing treatments for organ or bone marrow transplant, etc, we would require 24 hours' notice to cancel. if you are unsure if this would affect you, please contact us before booking so we can advise further. It is possible we may require a letter from your GP or consultant before booking the appointment. Please avoid using any numbing products before your appointment, as this will prevent us from being able to provide the service.In the event you need to cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice, and there will be a small fee for cancellation.We are not a cheap studio but have an amazing reputation for high-quality piercing and jewellery, and this is reflected in our pricing. It's important to us that we use the very best for each client.For safety and hygiene reasons, will will not fit jewellery bought elsewhere, including in a healed piercing.Please bring a valid photo ID and have it ready when you enter. We can NOT pierce you or your child without valid IDs. Children are required to have Photo ID and a parent that also has valid ID present at the appointment.Acceptable Forms of ID: A current U.K. or valid foreign passport. Photo ID from Citizencard For people under 16 years. Drivers license A European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) national identity card We cannot accept: Birth certificates Photos of your passport or driving license. Bus pass Bank card College ID Utility bills Zip Card If you are unsure if we accept your ID please call ahead prior to any booking. Failing to bring ID may result in disappointing your child as we would have to refuse service! As a time slot will be held for you when you book an appointment, if you do not or can not attend, you may still be charged in full. If you book a consultation, this should be booked at least 24 hours before any appointment time to allow us to rearrange or cancel if needed or you risk losing your booking fee. It is good practice to wait to book an appointment until after a consultation. PLACEMENT OF PIERCING We want you to love your piercing, so it's important to agree on placement before the piercing is performed.Rest assured, we will discuss the placement with you beforehand via the use of reference marks and sometimes placement rings (that's if you'd like to wear a ring in the future- but be sure to mention this to us!)We cannot move your piercing after you've left the studio from your initial appointment, as the placement would have been agreed between you and your piercer. A piercing can be re-done at a later date with new jewellery (we cannot pierce you with previously worn jewellery) if you book a new appointment. All changes and downsizing may cost extra. Jewellery LossPlease note that once you have received your jewellery, it is your responsibility to ensure it is worn securely and appropriately. We cannot be held liable for any loss of jewellery after it has left our care, including welded bracelets or other items. Loss is not covered under our policy, and replacement costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking the fit and security of your jewellery at the time of your appointment to minimise the risk of loss. PRICING How much does a piercing cost? To reflect the large variety of suitable implant-grade jewellery; Body Piercing at the Studio is split into two parts. Booking Fee & Jewellery.
