While Pierre Martin has taken over from his father at the family's Yves Martin domaine, this project is from the 4 hectare of vineyards in he owns in Chavignol, our favorite villag e in Sancerre. All the parcels are farmed organically. The nose is precise and focused with pea shoots, wet stones, and just there fruit notes of citrus, white peach and the lightest suggestion of guava.
