Soft Pilates Weights are designed to grip in the hand when performing Pilates exercises, in order to increase resistance to tone muscles. Utilising them also requires additional effort to maintain balance, which in turn strengthens the core muscles. They also increase functional grip strength and encourage a more fluid range of motion compared to other weights. Made from soft, grippy PVC and filled with iron sand, they are flexible enough to hold and much safer than other weights if dropped. Each weighted Pilates ball in this pair weighs 0.5kg, making them suited to beginner Pilates exercises or lighter exercises focused on conditioning and endurance. Features Adds resistance: Builds strength and endurance by gripping in the hand whilst performing Pilates exercises Comfortable & safe: Soft PVC with iron sand filling is comfortable to hold and safe if dropped Increases functional grip: Holding on to the weighted Pilates ball develops grip strength
