Handcrafted in our atelier near Berlin, this sculptural candle begins as raw beeswax, carefully hand-shaped (never poured) into its precise rectangular form. Through this meditative process, the wax develops organic, alabaster-like striations - its natural whiteness subtly enhanced for aesthetic purity while maintaining the material's integrity. Presented in a tinned steel box with its companion piece: a hand-sanded aluminum stand polished with the same beeswax. The candle burns cleanly for approximately 65-75 hours (varying with use), releasing only the subtle, characteristic scent of pure beeswax - that distinctive waxy fragrance reminiscent of candlelit spaces. No perfumes or additives interfere with this elemental experience. A study in monastic materiality, equally suited for contemplation or as a considered gift.
