This wine is unmistakably Pillot. The wine had depth and concentration in its fruit structure, dominated by lemon pulp and lemon zest. This in complimented by a nose reminiscent of armfuls of fresh blooms. Subtle lees and oak build structure, while maintaining and prioritising vibrancy. Show more
