Handmade ONE ikat pillow cover with blue and white pattern. * This pillowcover is handmade from Ikat buna from Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia. * Each Ikat buna fabric takes months to make because of the intricacy of the pattern and because it is a double ikat technique. * Double Ikat is a technique in which both warp and the weft are resist-dyed prior to weaving. Obviously it is the most difficult to make and the most expensive. * Ikat buna is made using backstrap loom. * Each fabric is selected carefully and then cut to best showcase the patterns into a perfect pillowcase. * Zipper closure so you can clean the pillow cover from time to time. * Back of the pillow is a white cotton fabric to complement the front batik pattern This order is only for pillow cover.
