The Brewer's Note Pils McAle is the kind of beer that makes you question why you ever drank anything else. It's clean, it's crisp, and it has a higher-than-usual ABV, and maybe a h igher than usual IQ too. This American-style Pilsner delivers smooth malt sweetness upfront, then finishes fresh without the lingering bitterness. It's full of flavour without being heavy, and dangerously drinkable. A bit more punch, a lot more pride, and easily one of our all-time favourites. If you're looking for a Tasmanian craft pilsner that's both approachable and quietly brilliant this is the one.
