This is a medium spicy jams and it has a healthy portion of heirloom Freeport Orange Scotch Bonne t chili peppers that add beautiful flavor and spice. The pineapple and chili peppers create a Caribbean inspired jam that is so good I sometimes catch myself eating it right out of the jar with a spoon. Use in sweet or savory applications.
