How to enjoy it It's sterilized, so you can eat it straight from the pouch. To warm it, empty it into a pot and stir over medium heat, or drop the sealed pouch in boiling water for about 7 minutes; for the quick way, microwave the contents in a microwave-safe bowl for 3 minutes (never the pouch itself).
