Measure out 2-3 tablespoons of chai spice blend into a mug. Pour the boiling water over the chai spice in the mug. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Add honey to the chai tea to sweeten, according to your taste preference. Pour in 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy) into the chai tea and stir well. Cold Pink Chai Latte Directions: Ingredients: 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) 2 tablespoons chai spice blend Sweetener of choice Ice cubes Instructions: Heat milk in a microwave or on the stovetop until steaming 150-160°F (but not boiling).
