Pink floral Liberty print tear drop loop earrings made using a narrow Tana Lawn fabric covered cord. I make these using genuine Liberty of London Tana Lawn fabric. The fabric is California Bloom - loosely drawn, brightly coloured flowers litter the surface of this 1970's design that still wouldn't be out of place on a 1930's tea dress. The candy pink background clashes in the best way with the painted flowers, in shades of scarlet, mustard yellow, turquoise, orange, white and burgundy with apple green foliage. I hand cut the fabric and cover the tiny cotton cord myself before creating the delicate tear drop shapes. Perfect for everyday or special occasions, all earrings are finished with silver plated findings that are lead and nickel free and you have the choice of fish hooks for pierced ears or clip-on fasteners. As they are made from fabric these earrings are very light to wear making them comfortable enough to keep on all day. The little hoops are constructed of two individual pieces of hand-covered cord and are around 2.5cm long. The total length from the top curve of the fish hook to the bottom of the teardrop is 5.5cm. The cord section measures just under 2cm across at the widest part. The silver end caps are 7mm diameter. This piece is delivered in a hand stamped, recycled card gift box with a padded fill, making it perfect to give as a gift for that special occasion. If you are sending direct you can have the item gift wrapped in brown paper and ribbon and sent with a handwritten card for a small additional fee, just choose the gift wrap add-on at check out.
