PINK GIN Using the traditional pink gin cocktail as inspiration, this dry gin brings together rhubarb, vanilla and ginger. Initial scents of juniper are followed by the rhubarb whi ch produces a fruit compote aroma. On the palate, vanilla creates the perception of sweetness that provides for an excellent compliment to the juniper. Ginger adds a gentle spice to the finish. Serve with an aromatic tonic water or muddle with a fresh strawberry before adding your favourite mixer.
