This gin is made with tropical fruit and the hibiscus flower is added after distillation which provides the lovely pink colour and sweetness from the flower's nectar. Each bottle v aries in colour due to natural variation in the flowers. Within hours, the colour of the flower has permeated the gin, as seen in the photo. Show more
