It tends to lean more towards the tart side and is delightfully refreshing! You'll love its beautiful, deep pink-to-red skin which covers a brilliantly white flesh that is slow to brown. Pink Lady is extremely versatile and lends itself wonderfully to baking, snacking, salads, pairing with cheeses, etc., and is especially delicious made into (coral pink-colored!) applesauce!
