All custom bottoms are lined and have a soft elastic waistband. Each waistband is sewn to prevent the elastic from twisting, because no one likes a twisted waistband! The bloomer shorts feature a soft, thin elastic around the thigh to prevent the item from pressing into your little one's sweet thighs. *Due to the handmade nature of this item please allow up to 4-6 weeks for production.* If the item is ordered with a preorder that has an exact date it will ship by that date.
