It took us a decade to find a producer making authentic, 100% organic Pinot Grigio of the quality we required. The grapes for this delicately fruity white grow in the hillside vine yards around Trapani, Santa Ninfa and Alcamo in Sicily. The vineyard is managed completely organically, using composted animal manure instead of chemical fertilisers and encouraging natural insect predators instead of chemical insecticides. Show more
