Garagiste ‘Le Stagiaire’ Pinot Noir, Mornington VicMED | DRY | CHERRY - With fruit from Merricks North and Balnarring, this wine has a distinct savoury quality. Ferments in concrete and stainless steel with whole berries and 15% whole-bunch. Vibrant freshness, juicy weight and soft round tannins. 2023 Mount Macleod Pinot Noir, Gippsland VicLIGHT | DRY | CHERRY - From Leongatha, famed for its Pinot Noir vineyards (eg Bass Phillip), the fruit for this vintage was destemmed and aged in seasoned French oak barriques for malolactic fermentation and elevage on light lees. Ripe cherry, cranberry and fine tannins. 2022 François Labet Pinot Noir, Corsica France LIGHT | DRY | SPICE - Produced by François Labet of Clos de Vougeot, this vineyard is on the east coast of Corsica's Haute-Corse, 400-metres altitude. Fully destemmed and aged in two-thirds tank and one-third in French oak. Spice, blue fruits, earthy notes and a savoury finish. Lethbridge ‘The JD’ Pinot Noir, Henty VicFULL | DRY | BRAMBLE - From Dr Maree Collis and Dr Ray Nadeson’s Henty vineyard in Southern Victoria.
