This hinge is made for gates with a curved or arched top. Made for gates where the surface of the gate is flush with the post. This is a pintle style hinge. Gate straps fit over ve rtical pintles that are installed on the gate post. This hinge is sold by the set. A set includes a top hinge and a bottom hinge (as shown in the image). A set is what is needed to hang one gate. Important: These hinges are handed (left hand or right hand). Reference the product images of each to help determine your handing.
