The Pyroplex 2 hour fire rated pipe collar is suitable for fitting to concrete, masonry, porous concrete or stud wall constructions. It has been designed to intumesce (rapidly expa nd) inwards during the event of a fire, squeezing the pipe and sealing the resulting gap, which prevents the spread of fire throughout a building.
