Beyond the Gl ass Pippa Pet Nat is bursting with acidity. Alongside the stone fruit apricot notes there is also pear characters that are reminiscent of cider. We have been watching Cron from Beyond The Glass for a few years now, and boy have his wines just get better and better each vintage!
