The P ZERO™ Race combines the advantages of tube-type technology in an all-round cycling tyre for high-intensity training sessions and races. The TechBELT Road casing adds puncture resistance without extra weight, and the SmartEVO compound delivers enhanced grip on both wet and dry surfaces with low rolling resistance. Speed Handling Lightness COMPOUND, CASING, TECHNOLOGIES What's the secret to our tyres? Let's take a look at some of the motorsport-derived technologies applied to our cycling tyres SMARTEVO COMPOUND The most advanced racing chemical formulation for road use, born from the Motorsport experience of Pirelli and the collaboration with the factory World Tour teams. The SmartEVO Compound features a single-compound formulation based on three different polymers, each providing opposite performances in a perfect blend. The advanced mixture of polymers with 'smart' behaviour is the key element of the SmartEVO Compound, providing better grip and rolling resistance in any weather condition. A high-performance formulation developed for modern road cycling, from everyday training to World Tour racing, and an exclusive feature of the P ZERO™ range. TECHBELT ROAD CASING TechBELT Road is a reinforced road casing available in 120, 60 or 26 TPI, enhanced by a puncture-resistant nylon layer beneath the tread. An extremely reliable construction that ensures high levels of comfort for any type of use, from racing (120 TPI) to daily commuting (26 TPI).
