This is Cab with pedigree - small crop, big flavour, and 24 months lounging in French oak barrels. The bouquet is rich with cherries, blackcurrant, mocha and elegant oak spice. On the palate, it’s layered with dark fruit depth, a touch of red berry brightness, and those signature oak tannins bringing structure and class. It’s drinking beautifully now, but if you’ve got the patience (and a cool, dark cupboard), it’ll age gracefully for another 10 years - but who’s counting?
