One of our most loved gelato flavours, transformed into a cake. Covered with a pistachio glaze and decorated with crushed pistachios, this creation holds layers of delicate white chocolate and pistachio gelato, with a luscious pistachio cream hidden at the centre. Feeds: 8-10 Dietaries: Contains; Dairy, Nuts, Eggs, Gluten Free, No Soy Allergens: For details on allergens, please click here. Transport: To keep your gelato cake in perfect condition, aim to limit travel time to around 30 minutes from Gelato Gemelli to your freezer. On warmer days, this window may be shorter. We recommend using an esky or insulated cooler bag during transport. Serving: Store your gelato cake in the freezer at -18°C or below. When ready to serve, let it sit briefly at room temperature, then slice with a hot, sharp knife. Buon appetito!
