Pit-Fighter for the Sega Genesis is a 2D fighting game released in 1991 as a port from the arcade original. The game falls within the beat 'em up genre, where players choose one of three fighters — Buzz, Ty, or Kato — to compete in an underground fighting circuit. The objective is to defeat opponents in hand-to-hand combat in a series of rounds within an arena surrounded by a cheering crowd.
