The Pithos laundry basket pushes the limits of traditional leather crafting, using a single side of oak bark tanned bridle leather for its construction. The large panels are carefully hand skived, hand saddle stitched and laced. We machine the lids from furniture grade solid cork and handturned characterful timber handles add a tactile feel and material contrast.
