Players control a team of breeders and will buy, breed and sell dinosaurs. The game is played over 6 rounds and each round consists of several short phases. In the first phase, players will harvest the resources on their farm that aren't consumed by dinosaurs. In the second phase, players will put their ranchers to work. During this phase, ranchers compete for and purchase new dinosaurs, improve the security and supply of their farms, compete for high-priced contracts, and research technologies and unique dinosaur breeds. These breeds introduce "a wide variety of special advantages that players can use to distinguish themselves from their competitors," it reads. After that, the ranchers return to the farm to finish their day's work and players organize their ranch, making sure it is suitable for the types of dinosaurs they own. Next comes the important feeding phase, Agricola type, since every dinosaur MUST be fed. It is well known that a hungry animal will try to escape to find something to fill its stomach, and if this happens to you, you are in trouble. Your enclosures and the other dinosaurs could suffer directly. The last phase is devoted to breeding. For each pair of matching dinosaurs that you have successfully locked up, you will welcome a new dinosaur to your farm. At the end of the game, players will receive victory points for each dinosaur they own, for the public and private contracts they have acquired, and for their research developments. Of course, you will need to have the most victory points to win the game.
