Our pizza bases are made with a yeast dough of organic white spelt. Baked briefly, they are ready for you to finish off with toppings of your choice. Once you are happy with the to ppings, bake in a hot oven ( 220 degree Celsius) for 5 -10 min depending on your oven. The pizza bases also freeze very well and can be used straight from the freezer.
