About Brining: As the turkey is all natural and unprocessed, we highly recommend brining it before cooking to make it extra juicy and tender. Traceability 100% fully traceable from farm to fork Growth Promoting Hormones Never Antibiotics Never Free-Range Whole Turkey Recipe Instructions Defrost the turkey in the fridge for at least 36h. Use a bowl or tray. This free-range turkey is not pre-brined. Brine the turkey for extra juiciness, tenderness and flavor. All you need is sea salt and water. Add herbs of your liking. We use fresh thyme leaves and lemon slices. Add cold water until the turkey is submerged. Place the container in the fridge and allow the turkey to brine for 24h. After brining, dispose of the water and make sure there is no liquid left within the cavity of the turkey. Feel free to stuff the turkey with anything from seasonings, seasoning mixes, or simply seasonal apples and lemons. We recommend non-chemically sprayed organic produce. Use organic salted butter sticks and carefully insert them under the breast skin for super juicy meat. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, the expected cooking time is 90 minutes. After 60 minutes, check the core temperature with a meat thermometer by inserting it into the thickest part of the breast. Keep the turkey in the oven until the core temperature of the turkey breast reaches 70 degrees C. Remove from the oven and garnish with seasonal fruits such as apples, persimmon, grapes, and oranges.
