Place in Time wines are outstanding single vineyard wines produced only from great vintages. We release these wines with 4 years of bottle age, it is at a wonderful point to be enj oyed. Sourced from a small vineyard at Sevenhill in the Clare Valley, a unique site where the vines have been nurtured to produce a balanced canopy - the key to achieving an even ripeness. Minimalist winemaking was used capturing the fruit from the vineyard and its unique micro climate.
