This bone dry Chenin is bursting with ripe yellow apples, William pears and blossom. Maybe the beauty of this wine is in the structure. Alongside ripe fruit is tension and bright a cidity leaving your mouth watering. The finish is long, with flint and salt. On the table with a turbot cooked in too much butter would be where I would like to see this wine. Show more
