This is a serious and special Chenin Blanc. Quince and honey are balanced with hay and ginger. It is rich in acidity and complex in character. 12 months in oak has rounded the wine out while keeping it's power and tension. This wine will age beautifully given then chance, but is showing so well now. A juicy pork chop with crackling would be the perfect table partner to this wine. Show more
