Reinforcement plates are used to reinforce a bolt or eye-bolt mounting point when installing a harness in a non-factory location. Planted Reinforcement Plates are constructed from a 1/8 inch thick steel plate measuring 2 x 3 inches with a 7/16" - 20 nut welded in the center. The assembly is then powder coated black for a clean look and to help prevent future corrosion. Note: Reinforcement plates are highly recommended when mounting to a non-engineered location. If mounting a harness to sheet metal, the reinforcement plate helps prevent the bolt from ripping out of the floor. Show more
