This plastic feeder is perfect to use with your first batch of baby chicks. The base features eight openings, with ribs to help minimize feed overflow and spillage. The base is mad e from heavy-duty polypropylene. Fits easily into a chick brooder. Can also be used with a sick or injured chicken. CityChick Pro tip: To help reduce feed waste even more, when the chicks are two weeks old or older, elevate the feeder onto a brick or other hard surface.
